Makes easy to measure water level continuously The Oro granular matrix soil moisture sensor is suitable for soil moisture sensing of various soil types for agricultural needs. Granular matrix technology developed by Indian Institute of Technology was adapted for irrigation needs of farmers. Oro soil moisture sensor is designed to be placed in the various soil types for monitoring soil conditions. The double-chambered sensor body is made of injection molded tough that ensures protection from corrosion and scaling. The contacting sensor is incorporated in the main body. The cable of the soil moisture sensor is absolutely waterproof and PVC insulated. The whole body can be fit into a PVC pipe for wire protection and easy removal. Tasks such as soil moisture monitoring and pump control can be realized including triggering a pump, a valve, an alarm, or another device.
